About the Project
Hello, my name is Diana.
I am an international event illustrator.
For seven years I have been drawing guests at events in Russia and abroad. My clients have included brands such as Omega, Chloé, Nashi Argan, Karl Lagerfeld, Estée Lauder, Kilian, Frederic Malle, and even a princess of Jordan.
I would be happy to sketch your guests within 2–3 hours while you enjoy the celebration and present your brand or product.
A light sketch portrait can be completed in 7–9 minutes, capturing the emotion and mood of the event.
The goal of this gift is to thank guests, leave a memory of the event, and give a touch of personal appreciation with a custom portrait.

Workflow
Working process
I arrive early to the event (usually about 30 minutes before) with my materials, dressed according to the agreed dress code and in a good mood. Without distracting you, I set out my brushes and markers and begin drawing the first visitors on pre-prepared templates made from sturdy paper with the event’s symbols. This typically takes about 2–3 hours.
Technique
I draw a face or full-length portrait — a single sketch typically takes 7–9 minutes, depending on the request.
If desired, the guest can pose, leave a photo for reference, and take a break at the party.
I start with a light contour using a brush with ink or a marker, then quickly color with a pencil or watercolor to emphasize the main details.
I also use colored markers.

Digital sketches are possible on a tablet with real-time online upload (the venue must have Wi-Fi).
Result
At the end of the evening, everyone happily shares their memory cards with portraits and discusses them. They will discuss them again in a year or ten years, reminiscing about this day. Memorable photos featuring drawings and characters are welcome.

Watercolor portrait
I aim to capture a close and delicate likeness to the original within 7-10 minutes for a single character. You choose whether to depict just the face (7 minutes) or the full body (10-12 minutes). For color fills I use aquarelle pencils or watercolor. Suitable for anniversaries, weddings, and promotional events.
Portrait with Markers
The outline is drawn with a liner and a black brush-tip marker, or with a brush pen and ink. For color fills, a wide palette of colors is used. The work combines markers from different brands: Windsor & Newton, Touch, Pentel. For finer details, brush pens by Faber-Castell and Sacura Pigma are used.
Anime Style

A great option for children's parties and unique fashion styling.
Created with markers combined with a liner and color pencils, achieving both bright and delicate presentation. An excellent way to see yourself in a cartoon style.
If you wish, I can preserve your hairstyle and clothing or try to bring your imagined look to life, for example by dyeing hair an unusual color, creating striking makeup, adding armor, jewelry, and more.
Suitable for birthdays, promotional events, and presentations.
Your Stylization
I’m happy to take on the client’s ideas. I enjoy experimenting with materials and techniques, so together we’ll create a personalized illustration style that fits your concept and taste. This could include graphic, monochrome works with a stylish accent, or graphic art. I like exploring beauty in the mix of different materials: graphite pencils with black-and-white markers, ink with colored pencils. We can transform your guests and add a touch of magical essence while preserving their distinctive features and hairstyles. We can also plan poses and corresponding looks in advance, add party-themed details or important objects such as perfumes or accessories. Suitable for advertising, weddings, promo events, forums, presentations, and corporate events. Fashion portraits are ideal for events in the fashion and beauty industries, bachelorette parties, and birthdays.

Seven Years’ Experience
I have been working as an event illustrator for over seven years in Russia and abroad. I received formal art education (five years) and have solid knowledge of the fundamentals of academic painting, drawing, and composition. I am currently actively developing my skills in image stylization, gaining the necessary expertise through the most interesting and advanced courses for illustrators. I strive to be the best in my field. Daily practice and a love for my work are my main assets.
Flexibility
I love novelty in everything and am happy to help develop your personal styling format and presentation. For one client, I dressed guests in angel wings and stewardess uniforms. I can also offer a choice between "live" drawing or "digital" drawing (on a tablet). I use professional art materials—liners (Faber-Castell), markers (Winsor & Newton, Faber-Castell), watercolor pencils and paints. I work with a graphics tablet (Apple) and the Procreate app.

Terms of Work
To make it work, it’s important to keep the following in mind
  • Prepayment
    Payment of 20% of the order total before work begins (this amount helps us prepare: templates and any missing materials)
  • Booking
    Booking is possible no later than 7 days before the event date. If a free date is available, in some cases it may be possible 3 days prior.
  • Cost
    Cost depends on the complexity and scope of the work. An additional taxi transfer (to the venue and back) is charged if needed. If required, travel by air, visa arrangements, and accommodation can be provided.
  • Travel to venue.
    I work within Moscow and the Moscow region. Travel to another city or abroad is possible with an additional transfer fee.
  • Important Notice!

Cost of working with agents is discussed separately.

Extension of the service on-site is possible. The hourly rate for extension follows the selected tariff.

All terms are discussed because I value an individualized approach.
